Deb has worked in real estate in Florida since 1978, and has been with John Cannon Homes since 2001. She has consistently been named to the Million Dollar Circle for Sarasota/Manatee County Home Builders Association year after year.
Originally, from Illinois, Deb has lived in the Bay area of Florida for 32 years with her husband and son Logan.
In her free time, Deb makes use of her graduate degree as a gemologist by studying diamonds and gemstones. Her other hobbies include working out at her home gym, admiring classic cars, and to relieve stress she enjoy's shopping!

Grigoli, Mark
Mark has been in the real estate industry since 2002 when he joined John Cannon Homes.
Mark's special skill is helping clients create a new home that meets their requirements and stays within their budget. Mark is much sought-after by clients who value this ability, and it has earned him many Multi-Million Dollar Circle awards year after year!
Originally from Massachusetts, Mark has lived in the Sarasota community for nearly 30 years. Mark is married and has a son. Before joining John Cannon, Mark owned his own retail business for 22 years. When he's not making great matches for John Cannon clients, Mark enjoys playing golf and practicing the trumpet.

Bright, P. Blaise
"Today's customers are sophisticated. They can tell if you're interested in them and their needs," Blaise said. "Buying is a highly emotional decision. A lot of salepeople spend too much time talking, and not enough time listening."
Blaise was born in Lakewood, Ohio and raised in East Lansing, Michigan. He attended the University of Florida on a Navy ROTC scholarship, graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1991, he earned a Master of Science degree from UF, his studies funded by a National Science Foundation grant. Selling real estate and new home construction may be in Blaise's genes. His grandfather founded a real estate and construction company in Cleveland, Ohio in 1910."He was born and bred to sell new homes," John Cannon said. "He knows construction, empathizes with clients and hears what's important to them. He loves working with custom products."
Blaise has been married to wife Liz for 17 years. They have two daughters Sally and Emma, and one son, Paul. They are active in Sts. Peter and Paul Parish and St. Joseph Catholic School.

Tonkin, Michael
Mike is a Sarasota native who’s moved back to the area after spending the past 14 years just up the road from us in Tampa. He graduated high school at Sarasota High and received his bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida in Tampa.
Mike’s extensive sales and marketing skills are a product of his diverse past professional positions. He most recently owned his own marketing company which provided sales lead generation, sales training, internet marketing strategies, and trade show marketing consultations to a wide variety of businesses from the financial, travel, and industrial industries. Mike was also the Director of Sales and Marketing for an international wine and spirits company and he worked closely with many national accounts.
