Joe Dellinger has been a Sales Associate with John Cannon Homes for over 6 years, and just recently was appointed to the position of Northern Region Sales Manager. As he stated in his earlier position, "Wild horses couldn't pull me away! I love my career and my company.” Joe's passion is evidenced by his top producer status year after year. IHis knowledge and excellence in customer service is apparent by the loyalty of his clients and their repeat home purchases. Joe excels at "special needs projects" such as waterfront, teardowns, flood zone, and V-zone status.
As John Cannon Homes, expands into the Tampa Bay marketplace, with homes being built in MiraBay, Stonelake Ranch and soon Little Harbor, located on Tampa Bay’s South Shore, Joe’s experience and expertise will bring the important elements to the northern region sales team, helping them to be more effective and efficient.
Originally from North Carolina and a graduate of Gardner Webb College, Joe spent 4 years working on the Trans-Alaska pipeline as a construction manager. In 1979, Joe moved to the Sarasota area and has called it home ever since. He is the father of two and celebrates 18 years of marriage to his wife and best friend Tre. Joe actively enjoys his church, Fellowship of Believers. He and his wife have been involved in a nursing home ministry for the past 9 years. He enjoys traveling, hunting, yard work and spending time with his family and friends.
